Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on – now and in the future. \n\nWe have a vacancy for a Vendor Management Coordinator in our Global Clinical Supplies Team. \n\n \n\nA day in the life: \n\nSupports the day to day operations of the study drug, comparators and ancillaries management. \n\nCoordinates with vendors and assists with vendor management when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced \n\nEnsures all activities are completed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements. \n\nCompletes ongoing training on new regulations concerning all clinical supplies and GxP activities. \n\nParticipates in and supports department project teams. \n\nMay coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally. \n\nAsks for quotations to vendors and verify them against what was required by internal clients. \n\nInteracts with other groups and department to get approvals and revisions. \n\nFollows the Global procedures and internal agreement to place a Purchase Order. \n\nParticipates in the GCS mini team meetings, providing insight about vendors processes and procedures, costs, timeline, requirements and deliverables. \n\nConnect and manage the vendors selected for services. • Keeps control and oversight on the POs and services performed by vendors, following up on distribution plan, SIV dates, right products to be delivered and with the good quality that’s required \n\nQualifications and experience \n\nHigh/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) \n\nPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years). \n\nExperience of clinical trials would be an advantage \n\nIn some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. \nOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
