We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FBA Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing seller experience and program effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quarterly assessments of seller sentiment regarding the FBA program, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into actionable improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and implementing solutions that minimize operational friction points and optimize the overall FBA experience for our seller community.
A critical aspect of this role involves creating and maintaining the product roadmap for FBA-related products and features. You will collaborate with product teams to prioritize initiatives, define requirements, and ensure alignment with seller needs and business objectives. Through data-driven decision making and stakeholder input, you will shape the evolution of FBA products and services, driving innovation that supports seller growth and operational excellence.
As the primary coordinator for FBA team integration across seller-focused initiatives, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent program alignment. A key aspect of your role will involve simplifying complex information into clear, actionable communications that resonate with sellers and drive adoption of best practices. You will work closely with various teams to streamline messaging and develop educational content that enables sellers to maximize their success within the FBA program.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements. You should demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, and have experience in program management within e-commerce or marketplace environments. A deep understanding of seller pain points and the ability to translate them into effective solutions is essential. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on seller satisfaction and program growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- 8+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 8+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 7+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel
- Fluent in English and Spanish (witten and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- SQL Preferred
