Job Description Folder Organization: Organize folders and verify the usage of devices. Procedure Development: Develop and implement procedures and processes for Electric Operations (EO) using the Management of Change (MOC) Procedure. Lone Worker Program: Clean up the Lone Worker Program for Garmin, which was rolled out last year, to better suit Electric Operations. EO Safety Strategy: Update the EO Safety Strategy from the 2024 three-year plan, incorporating PSEMS, Safety Culture, and Human Performance. Analytical and Critical Thinking: Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to update the safety strategy for 8,000 people and make it comprehensible to the organization. PSEMS Support: Support their PSEMS assessments, gap closures, and preparation for the Peer Review in October. Close the current gaps and ramp up support for the PSEMS implementation.
