**Description:** Sr Program Manager, F35 Mods and Upgrades On\-Ramp
The F\-35 Mods & Upgrades program office is a rapidly expanding area within the F\-35 Program, tasked with delivering critical capabilities to the global F\-35 fleet across 20 operational locations and 5 maintenance depots\. As a key member of the F\-35 Sustainment Business Unit, the Modifications On\-Ramp Program Manager will report to the F\-35 Mods & Upgrades Program Director and serve as a senior program management leader\. This role will oversee the entire acquisition lifecycle of modification programs, from requirement definition to contract finalization, including capture, cost estimate development, Engineering Change Proposal \(ECP\) submission and negotiation\.
The Program Manager will lead a group of program managers and be responsible for driving the program office's risk and opportunity management, long\-range planning, and portfolio cost modeling efforts\. To succeed, the Program Manager must foster strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers \(JPO, US Services, and international partners\), functional teams \(MRO&U, Supply, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Configuration Management, Estimating, Contracts, and others\), and other F\-35 business units\. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to thrive in this dynamic and fast\-paced environment
This position is based at the Beach Street facility, in Fort Worth, Texas which requires special access\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Program Management of complex programs involving Department of Defense Systems
• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating on cost plus and fixed price contracts
• Experience with establishing and developing direct customer relationships
• Experience with the modification and/or Change Request process
• Leadership experience
• Active Secret clearance
**Desired Skills:**
• Articulate in both oral and written communications
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership
• Advanced business acumen including the ability to investigate and interpret complex business challenges, and think and act both strategically and tactically
• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and training program managers
• Experience with avionics development, production programs, and/or depot operations
• Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers, users and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
