**Description:** Sr Program Manager, F35 Mods and Upgrades On\-Ramp The F\-35 Mods & Upgrades program office is a rapidly expanding area within the F\-35 Program, tasked with delivering critical capabilities to the global F\-35 fleet across 20 operational locations and 5 maintenance depots\. As a key member of the F\-35 Sustainment Business Unit, the Modifications On\-Ramp Program Manager will report to the F\-35 Mods & Upgrades Program Director and serve as a senior program management leader\. This role will oversee the entire acquisition lifecycle of modification programs, from requirement definition to contract finalization, including capture, cost estimate development, Engineering Change Proposal \(ECP\) submission and negotiation\. The Program Manager will lead a group of program managers and be responsible for driving the program office's risk and opportunity management, long\-range planning, and portfolio cost modeling efforts\. To succeed, the Program Manager must foster strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers \(JPO, US Services, and international partners\), functional teams \(MRO&U, Supply, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Configuration Management, Estimating, Contracts, and others\), and other F\-35 business units\.
