**Job Description**
+ Global Workplace Projects is a global organization leading end to end Factory Expansion projects enabling capacity growth within the LEGO Group.
+ We plan, craft and lead the execution of factory expansions from idea to turn-key production ready solutions.
**What your day will look like:**
+ Lead and mentor a team of highly proficient construction specialists, Construction managers and Project Directors in Global Workplace Projects – situated and working on the LEGO Operations Mexico (LOM).
+ Program lead a portfolio of factory expansion projects or other technically related projects.
+ Actively take part in Global Workplace Projects Leadership Team (GWP-LT)
+ Project coordination with project stream owners and internal /external partners.
+ Participate in planning and support construction team meeting
+ Using external Design Company and Consultants to deliver design packages including all required building permits.
+ Define tender scope of works package.
+ Support the team in handover of completed building assigned to the other streams owners such as molding, packing, processing, logistics, warehouse, or local facility management.
+ Attending change order meetings and approving new change orders.
+ Attend meeting with LOM LT to report progress and connect with key team members, keep ensuring alignment with their expectations.
+ Risk management – constant evaluation of the existing risk and adequate mitigation.
+ Prepare, plan and conduct steering committee meeting with Factory Expansion Steering committee, LOM.
**Are you up for the challenge?**
+ Experience as an overall project manager of construction projects.
+ People Leader experience.
+ Experience of working in international/multinational companies.
+ Knowledge in legal and commercial aspects within the building industry.
