THE ROLE
The Sr. Program Coordinator works closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Sr Account Managers, and handles the team’s NBA, NHL and NFL wholesale orders. In addition, administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. Exhibit detailed knowledge of current apparel and headwear fashion trends in Professional and Collegiate space.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Receive, track, review, process, enter and code all PO’s and Invoices. Must communicate effectively with the Finance Department and work in the finance system. Must be willing to dispute incorrect invoices and request credit memos from merchandise vendors.Maintain and update event reporting statistics and historical figures.Receive and direct telephone calls from merchandise vendors and external customers. Answer caller questions and/or refer caller to Director.Data entry of inventory and orders into the Sales System.Prepare mailing lists, analyze shipping costs, and email the annual Merchandise Catalog.Edit and/or assist in creating digital forms.Track, organize and maintain merchandise samples. Mail sample merchandise to clients as requested.Perform administrative support duties, including typing of internal and external communication including, but not limited to letters, reports, memoranda and e-mails.Generate mail merges, create spreadsheets, produce data reports, and edit graphics/photos.Assist with coordinating and scheduling client meetings and site visits.Travel to and assist with the set-up of fixtures, equipment and merchandise for Tastes and/or Showrooms.Travel to and assist at onsite events as needed for the Corporate Program to include those listed under the Job Summary. Travel time may range from 24 hours and up to three weeks, depending on the need. Travel at times can occur last minute.Assist with on-site merchandise tents product install at events as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or four years related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.This position requires that the person be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.Must have strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.Strong computer skills are a must.
