Be part of a team at Resideo where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.
JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring on-time delivery of orders
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, managing the full NPI lifecycle from prototype to mass production.
Coordinate with Purchasing Team to ensure that adequate materials are available.
Ensure timely availability of materials and components for NPI projects, collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams.
Responsible for o9 NPI data update
Monitor RM and NPI FG inventory levels and adjusting production accordingly to avoid overproduction
Provide weekly and monthly forecast analysis to review any variance in headcount
Attend Escalation Meeting to review current status on shortages and escalate if necessary.
Attend IBP Monthly Meeting escalating Critical Families impacts.

Execute and monitor NPI Launches including PO Risk approvals that may impact Inventory Cost.
YOU MUST HAVE:
5+ years of experience in production scheduling, materials planning in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and/or o9 systems for production and supply chain planning.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across global teams
Solid background in purchasing and production planning, with the ability to align material availability to production schedules.
