Prime Video is looking for a Product Marketing & Insights Manager/Advertising Insights Manager to join our growing team in Europe. This role will be instrumental in developing customer- and advertiser-led insights that inform strategic positioning for Prime Video Ads across EU markets. In this role, you will develop impactful narratives to support the Amazon Ads sales team through compelling sales enablement materials that are driven by data and strategic insights. With a focus on our premium slate of Global and Local Originals and overall service inclusive of Library content, FAST channels and more, you'll be working at the intersection of Prime Video, Amazon Ads, and Amazon MGM Studios to reinforce why brands should advertise with us. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Brand/Events/Content Marketing, PR, Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Amazon MGM Studios teams. The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute to a high standard, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is excited to experiment and learn in a data driven environment, using customer data and insight to shape marketing strategies and execution. You are an expert on communicating data and insights in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner both verbally and in writing. You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses, requiring a blend of analytical rigour, customer focus, and marketing creativity.


Key job responsibilities
* Work closely with Product Marketing, Ad sales, GTM, and insights teams across Prime Video and Amazon Ads to define and execute insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
* Partner across regional and global Prime Video Advertising product marketing teams to define positioning and messaging of Prime Video Advertising in collaboration with Amazon Ads product marketing teams.
* Initiate, scope and build scalable processes for delivering timely insights and sales enablement materials connected to Prime Video’s slate of Original and Library content, as well as service level insights.
* Identify and validate 3rd party data sources to support insights narratives. Structure, budget and deliver vendor partnerships and identify scaled solutions for importing and distributing such insights.
* Partner with global product marketing and measurement teams to build insights and communications plans to support B2B events featuring Prime Video Ads.
* Create the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions.
* Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to enhance Prime Video’s leadership in B2B advertising.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand advertiser preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
* Design and implement consumer surveys to gather feedback and insights on products, services, and brand perception.
* Measure and monitor advertiser satisfaction and loyalty through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
* Develop detailed profiles of target advertising customers, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
* Build robust measurement frameworks to assess the ROI from sales enablement and event activations.
