Sr Product Manager - Seller Fees, Supply Chain , Seller Fee Strategy
Description Amazon seeks an exceptional leader to drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of global supply chain economics, marketplace dynamics, and product development within our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) organization, which serves over 2 million sellers worldwide. Role Overview: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive economic and product strategies that optimize FBA's global fulfillment network while enhancing seller experience. This highly visible position shapes monetization strategy and drives both top and bottom-line growth for Amazon's worldwide marketplace business. This role directly influences the economic efficiency of Amazon's global fulfillment network and shapes the seller experience across multiple international markets. Working within the high-impact Seller Fees team, this position offers exceptional visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive strategic growth for one of the world's largest marketplace businesses. The ideal candidate will bring an interdisciplinary skillset combining product leadership, economic thinking, and operational expertise to drive innovation in how Amazon serves its global seller community while optimizing its fulfillment network. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement economic frameworks, fee structures, and incentives across FBA's global supply chain • Lead product development for end-to-end inventory management solutions, including inbounding, storage, fulfillment, liquidation, and returns processing • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive seller success and operational efficiency at global scale • Partner with worldwide business leaders, finance teams, data scientists, and software developers to create comprehensive fee strategies • Manage complex, cross-functional projects from conception through technical implementation • Create analytical models and metrics to measure impact and predict outcomes • Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership • Drive reporting on key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities Key Qualifications: • Understand supply chain management concepts • Excellence in quantitative analysis and predictive modeling •Proven ability to work with data scientists and economists • Advanced financial acumen with ability to evaluate complex business tradeoffs • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications • Track record of delivering high-impact, data-driven decisions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment • Strategic thinking with global perspective About the team The Seller fees team sets the overall monetization strategy for our marketplace businesses globally. We are a high impact team responsible for driving top and bottom line impacts for the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) business globally. Roles on this team have leadership high visibility. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
