Let's talk. **Your role and responsibilities** The Cloudability Product Management team works across a diverse set of global stakeholders, including customers, partners, engineering, sales, product marketing, and support. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Cloudability's optimization strategy and executing against that strategy. You'll leverage your expertise of cloud-native services and technology trends to inform the product vision and deliver a world-class customer experience. What you'll do: * Dive deep with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, gather and prioritize requirements, converting them into a high-quality engineering backlog. * Outline a strategic vision for the resource optimization space and a plan to get there by translating customer requirements and business strategy into clear tactical priorities with measurable outcomes. * Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support sales engineers and internal teams in understanding solutions for various business use cases. * Interface with the market, customers, and prospects to uncover pain points and opportunities for innovation, using this feedback to inform the product strategy. * Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment between product features and acceptance criteria, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. * Work across teams—Delivery, Sales, Support, and Marketing—to gather feedback, refine strategy, and provide content to ensure feature adoption and success. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional and technical experience * 5+ years of Professional Experience * 3+ years of Product Management Experience managing complex and technical products * Exceptional ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable communication * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong bias for execution and accountability * Strong experience with Cloud based services and architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, etc) * Strong technical acumen **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Master's Degree or MBA * 5+ Years of Product Management Experience managing complex and technical products * FinOps Experience or Familiarity with Cloud Billing Concepts * Cloud Optimization Experience IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
