Primary Purpose of Job 主要工作目标
Research and develop market strategies to enhance the diagnostic capabilities of lymphoma in city-level hospitals. Collaborate with internal and external partners, leveraging innovative technologies and solutions, to plan and execute actionable market projects aimed at increasing the detection rate and accurate subtyping of lymphoma in these hospitals.

    Visit clinical departments, pathology departments, and external diagnostic partners to conduct in-depth research and understand the key challenges in lymphoma diagnosis at city-level hospitals, as well as Roche's lymphoma business opportunities.

    Develop a deep understanding of the potential impact of national hierarchical medical system policies on Roche's lymphoma business in the future and propose solutions.

    Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance lymphoma diagnostic capabilities.

    Explore the possibilities of AI-assisted lymphoma diagnosis and treatment with the internal AI innovation department and external partners.

    Liaise with regional sales and PSM team, providing guidance and recommendations on regional lymphoma diagnostic capability enhancement strategies based on the specific characteristics of different regions.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

●    Bachelor above
●    Medical or biology related education background preferred

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
●    MNC background in Pharma or Healthcare Practice
●    Minimum 5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales experience  
●    2-3 years Pharmaceutical or relevant Marketing experience preferred, Oncology or Hematology preferred 
●    Oncology or hematology pathology or diagnose experience is highly preferred 
●    Very good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
●    Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven 
●    Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
