**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead End to End (E2E) Tariff Mitigation Process since idea generation idea conversion and Execution Process – whole coordinate and Implement Process Develop project plans, schedules, and resource support. + Implement Sourcing Strategies to mitigate Tariff, that will enable or directly support other Productivity efforts such as duals source, resiliency, localization actions + Execute Actions with strategic suppliers capable of providing solutions that meet established business requirements and follow the global commodity strategies while maximizing benefit to Honeywell + Execute the annual operating plan through year-over-year improvements in productivity, and supply continuity. + Partner with x-functional Category or business Strategic session and ideation workshops **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management including 5 years of Strategic Sourcing Roles. + Prior experience in senior project management or sourcing role and Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a cross-functional teams + Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, problem solving skills and decision-making skills **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field and Project management certification (e.g., PMP). + Experience in leading and managing projects of varying complexity. + Experience on managing Electronics, Metals, Buy to Sale Categories + Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization + Strong analytical skills including the ability to quick synthesize, distill and draw a conclusion on different data information + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Passionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethics Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
