Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading complex technical/engineering programs. Experience in managing entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, etc. Good exposure to product development, quality, build and release processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Cloud, Databases, Storage, and SaaS domains. Previous experience of working in Enterprise Product companies or fast-paced Start-ups is highly desirable. Ability to drive high visibility strategic and innovation programs from end to end. Analytical Skills that include data crunching, business intelligence, analytics – exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive.
