To be successful in this mission we are looking for a creative focused Sr Principal Product Designer. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the AWS landscape and complexity challenges and build a strong point-of-view on transformation opportunities to improve the look and feel of our product suite.


Key job responsibilities
* Create a cohesive vision for integrated AWS experiences and build a strong point-of-view on transformation opportunities to improve the look and feel of our product suite.
* Address design debt and complexity through intentional design and thoughtfully distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
* Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.
* Align stakeholders around cohesive design vision and communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
* Partner closely with other product and design teams across Amazon.
* Mentor junior talent.
