Responsibilities

 

Provide guidance to Oracle’s executives on ethics, business conduct and compliance matters in Latin America; Plan, draft and deliver regular communications to employees in Latin America concerning Oracle’s CoC and related policies and procedures as well as new developments in laws or regulations pertaining to compliance; Collaborate with internal investigations as well as with the implementation of disciplinary and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented and documented in the internal systems; Collaborate with the implementation of live and online trainings on compliance and ethics; Review of events and commercial courtesies to ensure compliance with Oracle policy; Support to local teams to ensure the compliance with local compliance regulation; Support on translations as Compliance communications and policies. Support on audit, monitoring and due diligence procedures;

 

Skills and Qualifications

  

Shown experience working in Compliance discipline. Bachelor’s degree; English and Spanish advanced; Communication and written skills. The person needs to have a good relationship with the Oracle internal areas to inform their ideas and plans to both management and employees and also to provide a comprehensive Compliance training to third parties and Oracle personnel; Risk assessment skills; Problem-solving skills are needed considering that usually in compliance we do not have a straightforward solution and the person should find paths/solutions to comply with rules and regulations without negatively affecting the business; Ability to demonstrate independence judgment; Banking or financial institutes compliance experience
