**Sr Pricing Analyst**

**Opportunity**
The objective of a Senior Pricing Analyst is to develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring market competitiveness. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and financial data to recommend optimal pricing models, maintaining pricing governance, and supporting cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and product management. By providing strategic insights and ensuring pricing consistency, the Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance and supporting overall commercial goals.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Pricing Strategy Development**
+ Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
+ Collaborate with product, finance, and sales teams to align pricing with business objectives.
+ Conduct scenario modeling to assess the impact of pricing changes.
**Market and Competitor Analysis**
+ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing.
+ Provide insights into industry pricing benchmarks and positioning.
+ Use tools like market intelligence platforms or subscription databases.
**Financial and Data Analysis**
+ Perform margin and profitability analysis by product, customer, and region.
+ Forecast revenue impact based on pricing decisions.
+ Use data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support decision-making.
**Monitoring and Reporting**
+ Track pricing performance and key pricing metrics (e.g., price realization, margin erosion).
+ Generate regular pricing reports for senior management.
+ Identify pricing discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams.
+ Support sales teams with pricing tools, deal structures, and exception approvals.
+ Help build pricing governance frameworks and approval workflows.
**Tool and Process Improvement**
+ Help implement or improve pricing tools and automation systems.
+ Develop dashboards and tools for real-time pricing insights.
+ Maintain documentation for pricing models and processes.
**Compliance and Risk Management**
+ Ensure pricing policies comply with legal and regulatory standards.
+ Identify risks related to discounting, bundling, or price discrimination.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 3-5 Years Experience in Marketing, Pricing, Sales

_The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
