How you will make an impact:

By assisting with the coordination and administration of accurate pricing on 2000 customer contracts with sales of over $200 Million using Thermo Fisher’s sophisticated pricing systems.

What will you do:

Meet deadlines by analyzing and correcting steps for accurate pricing in price agreements.Convert supplier part numbers to Fisher part numbers, upload sell price and rebate term, and ensure accurate pricing.Prepare price books and contract models, reviewing for accuracy.Complete GPO New Contract Implementation for customers.Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues using logic skills and attention to detail.Conduct root cause analysis for daily and weekly audits including pricing accuracy and daily below costs.Act as a strong business partner: responsible for 50-100 sales representatives.Perform pricing maintenance within 24 hours and respond to an average of 200 emails/phone calls per week.Collaborate with Finance and Sales to interpret contract language into our complex pricing system.Apply basic Microsoft Access, Cognos, and Excel skills to research and determine a pricing pattern and acquire root cause. Translate this information into terms that customers and sales reps can understand.Drive continuous improvement through PPI: Identify process improvements, lead projects, and implement results with supervisor/lead mentorship.Responsible for updating and maintaining critical metrics.

How you will get here:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate’s degree/bachelor’s degree preferred, 1-3 years’ experience in a multi-functional, high-volume processing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
