**Overview** The Sr Power BI lead is tasked with converting raw data into insights that support decision-making within the organization. This position requires experience in data analysis, visualization, and report creation using Microsoft technologies. **Responsibilities** + • Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs.• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.• Create and maintain complex DAX queries and calculations to support advanced data analysis.• Optimize report performance to ensure quick loading times and efficient use of resources.• Implement row-level security and data access controls to safeguard sensitive information.• Develop and maintain documentation for all reports, data models, and processes• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals.• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize Power BI reports and dashboards.• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and code reviews. **Qualifications** + • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analysis, and visualization.• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards in a business environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with other cloud platforms and data technologies. + Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies. **Technical Skills** + • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.• Experience In power bi shared data set + • Working experience power bi reports with tabular model is added advantage• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
