The consultant will lead complex implementation projects, guide solution design, and ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. Work Location:Norway Oslo Qualifications: Extensive ERP Implementation Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex ERP solutions, preferably in a consulting or vendor setting. Experience with Maconomy or similar professional services ERP platforms is highly valued. Deep Solution & Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, project management, resource planning, etc.) and the ability to tailor solutions to meet industry-specific requirements. Strategic Thinking & Advisory Skills: Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning ERP capabilities with business goals and transformation agendas. Project Leadership: Experience leading large-scale implementation projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and managing delivery risks. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system designs or enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Experience coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to capability development across the delivery team.
