Sr Planning Leader
As a Sr Planning Leader, you will be responsible to create Master Plan for Production, includes management o9 short term and long-term production plans, as well as to ensure detailed scheduling for manufacturing lines. **JOB DUTIES:** **Production Planning and Management** + Manage both short-term and long-term production plans, aligning with business goals. + Monitor and release production plans weekly, ensuring agreement with Supply Planning. + Adjust production plans to address material shortages, demand supportability, and backlog issues. + Communicate detailed production plans to Sales and Demand Planning teams. **Capacity Management** + Use o9 software to assess the impact on earned hours, headcount, and capacity plans. + Develop, implement, and modify production plans, including pre-build or level load plans. + Collaborate with stakeholders on capacity scenarios and adjustments. **Customer Support and Feedback** + Participate in customer event planning (promotions, NPI, EOL) and provide material availability updates. + Conduct “what-if” scenarios for future opportunities and share options with the Commercial team. + Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and urgent product build requests. **KPI Management** + Drive Retail service line fill rates above 98%, balancing inventory and delivery objectives. + Report key metrics (DBL, Delivery, Fill-rate) and collaborate with teams on improvement initiatives. + Escalate issues affecting revenue, delivery, or inventory. **Other Responsibilities** + Maintain and follow planning procedures and safety standards, and support training initiatives on quality and environmental awareness. + Participate in 6S, Safety, and Environmental Programs. + Conduct duties ethically and per quality and environmental policies. + This role ensures seamless production and capacity planning, customer satisfaction, KPI achievement. **MUST HAVE:** + Min. 5 years of Supply Plan Experience + Master scheduling experience + Forectast Headcound & Working hours + Experience in Customer Service (Internal customer as Sales, Marketing, etc) + Supply Chain Constrains experience + SAP knowledge + Strong management of 12-24 months forecast and its variation + English Proficiency + VISA for availability to travel + Knowledge in APICS **WE VALUE:** + Experience in O9 (Planning production system) + APICS Certified + People Management Experience (supervisor roles under his reports) **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** + Benefits that go beyond Mexican labor law, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind. + A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued. + Opportunities for continuous professional growth and skill development through training, mentoring, and challenging projects. + Access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and a supportive team to help you excel. + The chance to work with a global, innovative company shaping the future in its industry. \#LI-AM2 \#LI-Onsite Resideo is a $6.76 billion global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and control solutions that help homeowners and businesses stay connected and in control of their comfort, security, energy use, and smart living.
