What you’ll be doing!Work with all S&OP customers to improve demand forecast, forecast accuracy, and demand fulfillment rates.Develop and manage the market’s inventory plan and execution. Conduct inventory optimization opportunity analysis and deployment. Analyze and report on inventory variance.Lead communication strategies with the commercial team regarding supply issues. Conduct commercial meetings to review pipelines and manage country fulfillment. Communicate necessary parameter changes for the cluster/country.Resolve and communicate low cover product issues promptly.Manage back-order risks in collaboration with the Supply Planner, and communicate these risks to commercial teams.Direct strategic stock build planning to meet market demands affected by import license registration, M&A, supply challenges, etc. Grasp product registration and operational processes, market requirements, and develop scenarios to involve customers for informed decisions.Coordinate order management including order replenishment plans, purchase order creation in SAP/JDE systems, monitoring inbound POs, and coordinate with Supply Planner, global logistics, transportation, shipping sites, global carriers, and foreign trade to resolve short-term supply issues.Monitor customer limits and rebalance product allocation in collaboration with marketing partners as needed.Provide market-level feedback to the Network Planner and Supply (Network) Manager.Lead new product launches and product phase-outs within the market.Update JDE sourcing to direct DP forecasts accurately to the appropriate BP (site), based on geographies and local processes/ownership. Build and maintain reports for the commercial team including transfer orders and customer-specific reports.Confirm transfer orders for imported products to their country/cluster.Make decisions and approve all supply issue resolutions for imported products.Complete monthly reserve proposals, identify, and communicate opportunities for discard avoidance.

What you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Trade, Logistics, Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Management with equivalent experience.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience.Import/export experience or SAP and JDE knowledge is a plus.Proven agility to learn and adapt.Strong team-work spirit.Methodical with a proven ability to deliver results.Data-driven approachProficient in English, both written and oral.
