Work directly with new products as a packaging engineer. You will take the lead in design, test document and implement packaging for Resideo products. You will be responsible for cost savings through re-designs of packaging. You will develop common designs and define packaging engineering process across business units. Partner with internal and external contacts including: marketing, project managers, process managers, operations, logistics, customers, suppliers. You will have the opportunity to work with many products and packaging material solutions. You will mentor entry level packaging engineers. Protect and sell Resideo products in a growing industry. Create innovative designs aligning with voice of customer.
