As an Outside Sales Representative for our Gdansk region you will be the front-line seller who drives business growth by identifying and generating opportunities for a diverse range of customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the P&S (Products & Solutions) business within your assigned region, while creating demand for Resideo products. You will foster client satisfaction through regular customer engagement and expectation management.
You will develop and strengthen customer relationships by coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and other industry events. As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver technical presentations to educate customers on Resideo’s solutions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reports, and opportunity tracking through our CRM system, while contributing competitive intelligence and insights on market trends.
Additionally, you will provide forecast and demand input to the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. JOB DUTIES:
Achieve and exceed financial targets within the designated territory Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers Identify and acquire new customers and project opportunities Conduct regular commercial visits to customers Manage and execute promotional campaigns in the region Drive product demand through installer and distributor training sessions Collect and manage Opt-Ins, Loyalty Program enrollments, and Resideo Academy registrations Represent Resideo at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events to promote the brand Deliver technical presentations to educate customers on Resideo solutions Track opportunities and provide regular reporting using the CRM system Provide competitive intelligence and insights on market trends Input accurate forecasts and demand information into the SIOP process
YOU MUST HAVE:
Proven sales experience, ideally in industrial product sales Communicative level of spoken and written English Strong proficiency in core sales principles and techniques Ability to work effectively within a team Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude Capability to influence customers while nurturing long-term relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
