Description In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and automation across Lab126. With deep expertise in process improvement, you will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline fragmented processes, develop product requirements and roadmaps, and manage the implementation of new tools and solutions. As a strategic and collaborative leader, you will align cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of product development to drive the adoption and integration of new process improvements. You will influence roadmaps and partnerships to ensure our evolving needs are met, and mentor the broader operations team to foster a culture of continuous enhancement. This role will partner with both program and product management teams. To succeed in this role, the candidate will possess analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity in a constantly changing and fast paced environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
