Job Description:

This role will be reporting into AVP, Expense Reporting & Analysis, assisting in the performance analysis on the financial drivers of our Life and Health (L&H) business in Hong Kong, with a focus on expense management. Responsibilities include assisting in budget and forecast planning processes, and providing business insights to help our L&H leaders achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end reporting data along with expense allocation data to facilitate the team in conducting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) with senior managementProduce quality management reports to support business decisions and provide analytical support to assist the management team in monitoring financial performance on expense managementCollaborate across different business functions to provide analytical support on expenses related mattersAssist in the Operating Plan and Strategic Plan processes and provide analytical support, including budget data collection and consolidationProvide support on management reporting system maintenance, database management, and system UAT

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines2 - 3 years experiences in a finance function, preferably in the life insurance industryExperience in financial planning/management reporting and expenses management in insurance industry will be an advantageExperience in Tableau is an added advantageProficiency in MS Office applications and solid knowledge in database managementCandidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
