Sr NPI Project Engineer
As a Senior NPI Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the successful launch of new products and ensuring their seamless integration into the market. You will be accountable for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's Building Automation business. You will report directly to our Sr Process Eng Supervisor and work out of our Juarez City location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and launch of new products, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for new product introductions, ensuring successful commercialization
• Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations, to define project requirements and deliverables
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in new product introduction
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
• Hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of new product development
• Experience in the SMT manufacturing process
• Excellent communication skills in English
WE VALUE
