Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business teams, infrastructure operations, architecture, reliability teams, and vendors to define and implement advanced voice network solutions.Lead and manage SIP telephony projects, including the migration of legacy systems to SIP-based solutions, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to servicesUpgrade and configure Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to enhance security, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with existing and future voice network infrastructure.Develop and implement technical strategies for maintaining a global voice network, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Design, implement, and configure both new and existing voice network components, ensuring seamless integration and upgrades.Lead automation efforts to streamline network operations, testing, and deployment processes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice network issues such as Inbound/Outbound Calling DID/TFN Reachability issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Evaluate new voice network technologies, conduct proof of concept (PoC) tests, and lead pilot deployments.Experience with Telephony and Voice vendors such as ConnX, Genesys, Avaya, Mettel, Intrado, Rightfax, etc.Innovate and automate infrastructure testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.Define future processes and tools to enhance network maintenance and operational efficiency.Serve as a tier 3 resource for voice network issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.Mentor junior engineers to build a strong, knowledgeable team.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in voice network engineering,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale voice network projects.Proficiency in voice network technologies, including software development, data management, and infrastructure.Strong passion for voice network innovation and technology.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?
