Sr Mgr Patient Support Programs

The Senior Manager, Patient Support Programs role is a critical support role that sits within the Patient Support Services (PSS) department. The primary remit is to serve as the Business Product Owner (BPO) for an existing Support Program. As BPO, the primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between the PSS Operations teams and Commercial IT to support the scoping, integration, and development of business requirements for CRM enhancements and projects, as well as helping support the transition of external vendors into the PSS CRM. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including PSS, Innovations, Commercial IT, and associated vendors. This position requires excellent project management, written & verbal communication, analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of internal CRMs, technical project implementation, documentation, and patient support services.

A typical day may include the following:Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient services, including business processes, operational flows, program design, and operational challenges and apply knowledge to PSS CRM system design and end user experience.Act as a liaison and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including PSS Leads/Ops, IT, Data and Analytics, PSS Innovations, and relevant field teams, to build business processes within the CRM and help address technical challenges or requirements.Work closely with PSS program leads to define business requirements and program objectives, map out their current workflows, identify areas for continuous improvement, and conduct impact analysis.Liaise with PSS Ops to analyze and refine process flows to optimize patient services operationsReview technical documentation with Commercial IT to ensure it meets business objectives, as well as hold IT accountable to ensure timely implementation.

To be considered for this role, we need you 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience, a minimum of 5 years of experience with working with IT / development teams to develop Patient Support Programs. We also look for previous program or product launch experience in a BPO or similar role.

Salary Range (annually)

$132,400.00 - $216,000.00
