Manages the day-to-day operations and long term planning for multiple manufacturing functions.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree major in engineering, management or electronics. Preferred qualifications include: Master’s degree Experience in engineering and/or materials management Operations transformation and project management leadership Functional experience with SAP Minimum five (5) years’ experience in leadership roles within a manufacturing organization leading >300 employees. Demonstrated understanding of financial and operational performance data required. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change and accountability in a fast-paced, international matrix organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate across cultural, geographic, business, and functional boundaries.  Ability to energize and motivate people and to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and lead as a change agent and hold people accountable for high standards of performance. Proven track record of creating, implementing and/or sustaining a lean operation within a dynamic environment. Experience in developing, implementing and improving key performance indicator metrics through strong data analysis and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Problem Solving (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.     What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
