SR MGR ENV & SUST MGMT - SCOPE 3 At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** Working location: Shanghai or Dongguan or Qingdaoor Foshan (Shunde) or Zhuhai Contributes and influences an organization's environmental and sustainability strategy, programs and procedures covering multiple functional/ departmental areas Lead the development and execution of the BU’s global scope 3 emissions reduction strategy, ensuring alignment with science-based targets (SBTi), regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Rules), and Seg & Corporate net-zero commitments. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve BU’s scope 3 targets. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Strategy & Roadmap - Develop/refresh the BU’s scope 3 decarbonization strategy, covering design for sustainability (DfS), purchased goods, logistics, manufacturing waste reduction, packaging, etc. - Establish KPIs, timelines, and accountability frameworks for scope 3 reduction targets 2. Data Management & Reporting - Oversee and calculate the BU’s scope 3 GHG inventory - Implement data collection systems and ensure audit readiness - Work with Seg and Corporate scope 3 team to for reporting and disclosures 3. Supplier Engagement - Partner with Procurement team to launch supplier decarbonization programs - Drive adoption of low-carbon solutions (materials, logistics) in high-impact supplier 4. Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with Product Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, TEOA and manufacturing sites to embed scope 3 priorities into business processes - Advise local teams on local compliances in terms of scope 3 5. Stakeholder Communication - Present progress to BU leadership teams, Seg and Corporate scope 3 teams and customers if needed. - Represent the BU to liaison with Seg and Corp scope 3 teams 6. Customer Care - Represent DDN EHS & Sustainability to take care of customers’ EHS & sustainability queries and concerns 7. Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) coordination - As RBA coordinator of the BU, lead RBA audit arrangement. Provide RBA relevant support to customers concerned. **Job Requirements** **Qualifications** Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environment Science or related field. Master’s preferred.
