Join us and be part of our inspiring journey. **Position Summary:** This position will be the TMTT US downstream expert on clinical data and evidence, by summarizing and disseminating clinical data to the field and BU (business unit). The position will be responsible for researching and developing the clinical body of evidence to support and influence commercial adoption and field knowledge of clinical data, competitive strategies, and educational/promotional materials for multiple high value product launches in Tricuspid and Mitral Therapies. The Senior Manager – US Clinical Field Marketing, TMTT, is responsible for leading patient-focused innovation by: + Developing and implementing clinical evidence communication plans for internal and external stakeholders based on commercial strategies, customer insights, current literature, and competitive environment, regulatory/legal requirement + Summarizing key clinical studies, journal articles, and evidence to disseminate and educate the field + Driving clinical evidence generation plans that align with market needs and commercial strategies + Traveling to field sales internal meetings and customer meetings to educate on clinical value propositions and discuss data at a deep level **How you will make an impact:** + Define differentiated clinical value propositions, positioning, claims, and messaging for product lines and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop clinical evidence plans to support needs + Present data summaries and educate field teams at regional meetings or at customer visits as needed + Provide subject matter expertise and work extensively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs) in developing and disseminating scientific and marketing messaging. + Manage creation, approval, and delivery of clinical evidence-based marketing tools and educational materials to field sales teams and customers + Support training of internal teams on TMTT and competitive clinical data + Monitor and report on current clinical literature and intelligence on mitral and tricuspid landscape and/or competitors + Coordinate key conference clinical data dissemination process around congress schedule + Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage their insights to support product adoption and differentiation **What you will need (required):** + Bachelor's Degree in related field + Minimum 10 years of work experience Required orMaster's Degree or equivalent in related field and minimum 8 years of related experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry Required **What else we look for (preferred):** + Exceptional time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed. + Can be field based, with ability to travel to Irvine campus regularly as needed + Ability to travel (>50%) + Strict attention to detail + Strong knowledge of clinical study design, execution, analysis, interpretation + Demonstrated experience translating complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills + Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite + Recognized as an expert in clinical area with specialized depth and breadth of expertise + Possess strong clinical knowledge, experience and knowledge of the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks + Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $136,000 to $192,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
