Are you ready to lead and manage a product design delivery team within Spectrum’s Digital Platforms organization? As a Senior Manager, Product Design, you will champion systems-thinking and research-focused design, participating in a dynamic product design ecosystem. In this role, you will use your organizational and interpersonal skills to facilitate the design-inspired process, leveraging user data to support business partners in enhancing Spectrum's processes, products, and service models.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Manage an innovative and collaborative team to produce exceptional digital products that enhance the customer experienceEstablish and evolve KPIs for products and initiatives and performance targets for management of teamIdentifydesign tooling solutions and product design best practices that consistency align to design system guidelinesSupport team members to help them gain confidence and experience with communication, leadership and collaboration skills, and enable growth and advancement in their careersProvide direction for development of new products, technologies, and initiatives, as well as existing technologies and current operational initiativesReview selections on bids for contracted projects, and provide recommendations as necessaryFacilitate capital budget process and manage approved budget planManage contractors and consultant organizations supporting the delivery of technology projectsEnsure efficient, high-quality design delivery specific to consuming teamsDesign for the diversity, uniqueness and, in some cases, disabilities of our customers

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or related field, or equivalent real-world experience

Experience

5+ years of UX/UI or product design management experienceExperience with designing high-fidelity prototypes Experience with research-driven, iterative product design

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
