Sr Marketing Specialist

The Digital Commercialization Specialist is focused on 1) driving business growth, 2) improving business productivity and, 3) increasing customer satisfaction by increasing both the internal and external adoption of e-commerce and touchless ordering solutions at ADI Global Distribution. This position will be primarily responsible for socializing our digital solutions across the organization through a variety of different mediums, thus creating synergies between the brick & mortar establishment and Digital Experience (DX) Team. Additionally, candidates will nurture a close relationship with an assigned portfolio of Branch locations to promote the ADI Digital Branch (Website), Mobile App, and implement sales channel development strategies (gamification, sales initiatives, training, etc.) to help Branch Managers and Inside Sales Representatives meet their touchless ordering goals. The Digital Commercialization Specialist will support the commercialization strategy within the Digital Marketing team. 
 

Job Responsibilities: 

Work effectively with Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Content, Category Management, Web Operations, and Sales functions to align on timeline and responsibilities to execute successful commercialization of digital products  Building weekly newsletters, monthly corporate presentations, financial scorecards, and disseminating the information contained to key audiences in visual, written, and verbal formats  Owning relationships and the business development strategy with an assigned portfolio of Branch Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Regional Account Specialists  Enable sales and channel partners with tactics like target account lists, gamification strategy, sales initiatives, marketing assets, sales enablement & training to help with prospecting, lead conversion, and funnel management  Identify, escalate and ensure resolution of issues impacting sales and acquisition of new digital business  Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and implementing revenue driving improvements based on Voice of Customer (VoC), sales team insights, and data mapped from digital customer interactions 
 

You Must Have: 

5+ years of experience in eCommerce revenue generating site  Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking and time management skills  Strong people interaction, facilitation, and negotiation, presentation skills
