Sr Marketing Recruiter

We are looking for a **Senior Marketing Recruiter** to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to **Head of Talent Acquisition** and based in **San Jose CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week** .
**Role and Responsibilities**
+ Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top Go to Market (GTM) talent with experience in the energy and technology industry.
+ Hire across levels for roles in Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and Marketing operations
+ Hire GTM talent with experience in marketing to Hyperscalers, Datacenters, Utilities and International markets
+ Partner with Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective talent sourcing strategies
+ Manage full cycle recruiting process for marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
+ Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
+ Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
+ Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GTM roles.
+ Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties
**Pay Details:** $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
