Sr Marketing Ops Manager, Middle Mile Marketing
The Middle Mile Marketing team is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations (Ops) Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Ops Manager specializing in Adobe Marketo will be responsible for partnering with marketing stakeholders on strategies with overall business objectives, overseeing marketing operations and driving scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives across both Relay and AFP. They will play a pivotal role in driving our WW marketing technology. This position requires a deep understanding of Marketo's capabilities and a strategic mindset to optimize its use across the marketing funnel. They will be responsible for configuring and maintaining complex marketing automation workflows, developing sophisticated lead scoring models, and creating personalized campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Their expertise will be crucial in ensuring data quality, maintaining compliance with international privacy regulations, and continuously innovating our marketing automation strategies. As a leader in this space, they will be the primary owner to raise the bar on data integrity, standardize best practices, and identify opportunities to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our global marketing initiatives. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to elevate our marketing automation capabilities and drive measurable results across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate must possess a deep technical acumen and demonstrate expertise in data pipeline architecture, governance frameworks, and systems integration.
