Job Description
 

As a Sr Manufacturing Tech I, you are responsible for:

Maintaining a tidy and safe working area.

Working on manufacturing and packaging of Gilead products.

Working on routine assignments following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good

Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Working in conjunction with other Manufacturing Technicians under the guidance of a Team Leader and the Manufacturing Manager.

Performing specific unit tasks on reactors, centrifuges and driers.

Cleaning (manually and CIP) and assembles equipment for production.

Cleaning manufacturing areas, including walls, ceilings and floors.

Complying with all established SOPs in performance of job. Adheres consistently to cGMPs.

Complying with all safety-related procedures and practices personally and in area.

Interacting with department members to ensure production proceeds as scheduled.

Receiving well defined instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Following written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records.

Basic Qualifications:

BA / BS and 0+ years of relevant experience; OR

AA and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR

HS diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Industrial experience

Demonstrated proficiency in duties of Manufacturing Tech II

Demonstrated proficiency in core competencies of Manufacturing Tech II
