Part of the Assisted Growth Strategy Team for TurboTax Commercialization, TurboTax is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Lead Development Manager to spearhead a new lead-generation function in collaboration with our Concierge Sales Team. In this role, you will focus on qualifying inbound and outbound leads, designing lead scoring models, and ensuring smooth lead handoff to the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. Reporting directly to the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing consistent sales strategies while optimizing sales efficiency and conversions.
