Your ‘day to day’:

As the Senior Manager, IT Supply Chain you will oversee the digital transformation of the supply chain by directing the development and execution of advanced digital solutions within the supply chain framework. This role demands proficiency in supply chain technology and a strategic approach to enhancing logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes through digital innovation.  Responsibilities Include:

Lead and deploy digital supply chain technology landscape and work in cooperation with Supply Chain function to build a strategy for the US market.Partner with the Director of Procurement and the Director of Supply Chain to manage end-to-end digital portfolio and all IT applications for that domainDeliver IT Services in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IT and user perspective) to maximize efficiency in the respective functional areas.Manage the design, development and maintenance of local solutions for the business function following the global PMI standards and procedures.Collaborate with the information security team to mitigate cybersecurity risks and implement security protocols. Cybersecurity vulnerabilities mitigationEnsure appropriate system’ documentations and training programs/materials are in place.Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met.Manage and build a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future.Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, blockchain) to automate and optimize supply chain functions.

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on digital supply chain systems.Proven experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and data integration tools.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Familiarity with supply chain analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and automation frameworks.Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory requirements, including excise tax and state-specific regulations.Experience managing cross-functional IT projects in a logistics or manufacturing environment.Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a track record of delivering IT-driven supply chain solutions.Cross-functional collaboration: work effectively with IT, supply chain, consumer and other partners internal/external. Ability to lead and build teams in IT and other business functions (non an individual contributor)Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Adaptability to changing technologies and industry trends

Annual Base Salary Range: $157,000 - $210,000
