The Sr Manager ICQA will act as a strategic leader, aligning their team's goals with the company's objectives, and are responsible for making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance.

Job DescriptionDescription

Manage, develop and lead Managers and Supervisors. Meet and exceed annual objectives and performance assessment. Performance manage team members as needed. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to communicate results related to loss and provide insights into performance. Pinpoint recurring issues analyze trends and data to identify potential risks. Plan, organize, and lead meetings to communicate goals, updates, key priorities, and areas of opportunity. Clearly define action items, responsibilities, and deadlines during meetings. Develop and execute strategies to achieve both short term and long term objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Establish clear performance goals, track progress consistently, and proactively adjust plans to drive successful outcomes. Ensures teams are appropriately staffed to efficiently support ICQA functions and maintain optimal performance standards. Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Drive organizational change initiatives to effectively adapt to evolving business requirements. Overseeing the budget within the scope of the role. Ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support organizational goals. Monitor budgets to maintain financial discipline, optimize spending, and achieve cost efficiency.Travel Required:Yes

Skills

Specialized Knowledge : Strong understanding of budget management, the establishment of controls, analysis and interpretation of performance, development of KPIs, reading and interpreting P&Ls, and experience with financial systems such as Oracle and Hyperion.Special Skills : Demonstrates proficiency in Excel. Strong leadership, project management skills, decision-making, coaching and influencing, and teambuilding skills. Ability to influence change throughout the business. Years Of Experience

7-10 : 5+ years of experience with inventory management and warehousing systems and software or applicable experience. Prior experience in a leadership role or managing a team.
