Overview The Sr Manager Finance is responsible to ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly and align with business goals. Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily checking and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity, including the integration of Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Map, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a high-performing team by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Serve as the key liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain excellent service levels. Reporting & Strategic Insights Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in billing and checking operations, with preference for candidates from the advertising industry.
