Responsibilities We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to step into the role of Sr. Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy & Integration. This person will be accountable for driving master data management (MDM), leading data integration for acquisitions, and advancing our Acquisition Data Integration Playbook. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you’ll be responsible for building and maturing our data governance framework, championing enterprise master data standards, and ensuring seamless integration of data from newly acquired companies. You’ll work closely with teams across IT, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure data is trusted, transparent, and usable for decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Master Data Management (MDM) Develop a compelling strategy for MDM and gain support and buy-in to drive organizational adoption. Guide the strategic direction and implementation of MDM programs across core domains: customer, vendor, product, pricing. Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment with MDM platforms (e.g., STEP/Stibo). Maintain domain data models, governance rules, and integration processes for MDM data. M&A Data Integration Develop and maintain a repeatable M&A data integration playbook including due diligence, discovery, and onboarding phases through data migration and project delivery Partner with the EPMO and Process Excellence teams to ensure alignment of data migration strategy to program plan. Lead integration efforts for acquired business data into ERP, , and other enterprise systems. Oversee data profiling, mapping, cleansing, normalizing, enriching, loading, and validation of master and historical sales data. Work with cross-functional acquisition teams to ensure timely, accurate data migration and system readiness. Driving Small IT Interdepartmental Projects Successfully lead multiple small-scale IT projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by effectively managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Utilize multiple methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality results. Foster clear communication and teamwork among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project challenges. Achieve project milestones within set deadlines, contributing to overall IT organizational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between IT, EPMO, Process Excellence, Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, Analytics, and business units to drive alignment on governance and integration priorities. Collaborate with Data Governance Council and domain forums to resolve conflicts and advance maturity. Provide leadership and coaching to stewards, analysts, and integration partners. Data Quality, Cataloging & Compliance Define and monitor data quality metrics; lead issue resolution workflows. Promote adoption of the enterprise data catalog (e.g., data.world) and metadata governance practices. Align data practices with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Data Governance & Stewardship Support the implementation and continuous evolution of the enterprise Data Governance Framework. Promote data ownership, stewardship, and domain accountability structures. Advocate for data literacy through training, communication, and adoption initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) preferred. 8+ years of experience in data governance, data integration, or master data management roles. With at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success designing and implementing data governance in complex, matrixed organizations, frameworks and MDM solutions in complex environments. Experience managing M&A or ERP data migrations with hands-on involvement in playbook creation. Deep understanding of data quality management, stewardship models, and metadata practices. Strong project management, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong knowledge of master data management (MDM) principles and data quality best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority. Hands-on and detail-oriented, yet able to think strategically and design scalable processes. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes are evolving. Preferred Experience with MDM platforms like Stibo STEP, data.world, Informatica, Collibra. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle. Data migration and ETL processes, data cleansing, and mapping (tools like ReportsNow DAS, SQL, SSIS, etc.) Experience building and enforcing data governance standards. Background in a consumer products, manufacturing, or acquisition-heavy environment. Certifications such as CDMP (DAMA), DGSP, or PMP a plus. Why Join Us? The pay range for this position is $113,987 - $177,820 per year.
