Join the Target Plus team as a Senior Manager, Channel Partnerships. In this role, you will facilitate relationship management with the ecosystem of third-party software solution providers (“channels”) that connect to the Target Plus platform. Your role will have a specific focus on channel growth opportunities, ongoing success of current partnerships, and support of current integrations. Use your skills, experience, and talents to be part of groundbreaking thinking and strategic growth goals. As a Senior Manager, Channel Partnerships, you will take the lead as you:
· Manage a healthy portfolio of channel partnerships that allow Target Plus to meet and/or exceed short and long-term business strategies
· Identify, source, and onboard new strategic channel opportunities through ongoing market research and partnership with internal growth teams
· Establish systems, processes, and procedures in support of the identification, engagement, and development of strategic channel partnerships
· Develop and drive project plans for onboarding new channels to Target Plus, leading the charge to get the partnership up and running
· Create training and documentation needed for channels to be successful with Target Plus
· Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations that may arise with channel partners
· Develop strategies to ensure a healthy business pipeline and partner relationship management
· Define channel success metrics, evaluate channel performance and recommend improvements through key metric tracking and analysis
· Communicate information about platform updates and enhancements to channel partners
· Collaborate with internal and external product teams to improve the experience for channel partnerships
· Lead organizational initiatives to improve processes and success metrics
· Collaborate with internal teams as an expert and reference point often participating in sales calls, business development discussions, channel communication/marketing, etc.
About you:
· Four-year degree in related field
· 8+ years of experience in project management, channel/partnership management, implementation, training, and/or pre-sales and sales engineering
· Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level executives both internally and externally
· Experience in creating business plans to capture, size, and build new strategic opportunities
· Ability to train new concepts, processes, requirements, and expectations
· Deep technical knowledge to relate and explain the Target Plus platform, train on process requirements and expectations, build detailed test and project plans, as well as demonstrate expertise API architecture
· High level of analytical aptitude with experience measuring and tracking key metrics for continual improvement
· A customer/partner-centric mindset
· Motivated by collaboration, problem-solving, and cross-functional work and partnerships
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
_This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. The salary range is $85,400-$153,700.
