WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field Operations is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategy for all field-based hourly roles across our operational sites. This position oversees end-to-end talent acquisition for 3rd shift food safety sanitor roles, which represent the bulk of our field hiring volume. The role will manage a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with field operations, HR business partners, and external staffing partners to ensure timely, high-quality hiring in a challenging labor market. Job duties include:
· Lead and manage all field staffing initiatives across multiple sites, with a strong focus on 3rd shift hourly sanitor roles.
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the food safety industry and overnight labor segments.
· Drive recruiting performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, fill rate, turnover) to meet service level expectations.
· Build partnerships with operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting capacity accordingly.
· Optimize the use of third-party recruiting tools (like Indeed, LinkedIn) while managing vendor performance and spending.
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of field recruiters to deliver high-impact results.
· Establish and maintain best-in-class candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
· Monitor labor market trends and recommend proactive solutions to hiring challenges.
· Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
· 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on high-volume, hourly field recruiting.
· 3+ years in a people leadership or senior management role.
· Prior experience recruiting in the food production, sanitation, industrial services sector, or any high-volume staffing industry is highly preferred.
· Deep understanding of 3rd shift workforce challenges and sourcing tactics.
· Strong data orientation—able to use metrics to manage performance and influence stakeholders.
· Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
· Willingness to travel up to 50%-75%
· Must be 18 years of age or older & possess a valid & active US Driver’s License.
OUR ENVIRONMENT: This position will be based out of our corporate office in Atlanta with travel to field hiring offices AND/OR in a Food Production Plant that includes hot/cold, wet/dry environments requiring the use of PPE. This position will also require some travel to support the grassroots recruiting activity with networking efforts within the community (requires visits to multiple plants, hiring offices, job fairs, and networking opportunities within the market you support).
