Sr Manager, SCD
Job Description

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development will act as a key contributor to high-impact supply chain projects and initiatives, bridging the gap between intermediate and senior-level responsibilities. This position focuses on managing complex projects, driving efficiency improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize Kraft Heinz’s supply chain network.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage complex feasibility assessments for mid- to large-scale projects, identifying network capabilities and developing detailed capital business cases. Oversee the operational commercialization of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing) to implement innovative supply chain solutions. Lead the execution of process improvement initiatives and margin enhancement efforts, focusing on scalability and sustainability. Provide input and recommendations to leadership on network optimization and supply chain strategies. Develop and manage detailed project documentation, including risk mitigation strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, project management, or related fields. Proven ability to manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects with moderate complexity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving process improvements. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
