Key Areas of Responsibility:

Onboarding, Training & Development:Develop and implement a robust onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a smooth transition and quick ramp-up.Design and deliver ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.Sales Communications:Create and manage a communication strategy to keep the sales team informed and engaged.Develop and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and other communication materials to ensure alignment and consistency.Serve as the primary point of contact for sales-related communications.Proposal/RFP/RFI Management:Oversee the development and management of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices to streamline the process.Liaison with Marketing:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and shape content that resonates with the sales persona.Provide feedback and insights from the sales team to inform marketing strategies and content creation.Ensure that sales materials and resources are up-to-date and aligned with current marketing campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales enablement, training and development, and proposal managementAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.

Experience:

10+ years of proven experience in sales enablement, training and development, and proposal management.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and project management skills
