The Senior Manager will work with a team of highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals and is expected to: (1) effectively lead work streams with dependencies on many different business units, (2) collaborate well throughout the organization, and (3) communicate recommendations to senior executives.      

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunitiesDevelops infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilitiesCoaches and develops others to improve skills necessary to be successful in their roleCreates a special place among their team by fostering a sense of belongingDistills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentationsContinues to push thinking and find opportunities for improvement and growthPresents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiencesFinds fulfillment in development and execution of strategies; Goes deep when necessary and zooms out when appropriateSuccessfully manages relationships with senior leaders and peers and can influence a diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skillsWorks closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and cliniciansAllocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are metCreates and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives; Gets the right stuff doneUp to 30% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience leading othersExperience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance5-10 years of total work experience in progressive rolesExperience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
