**Job title** – Senior Strategic Project Manager

As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex, high visibility projects critical to the Business Group’s success, from business strategy and transformation to M&A initiatives.
**Your key responsibilities**
Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects and programs for the Taste, Texture and Health Business Group, including:
+ Business strategy projects: gather and analyze insights, define strategic priorities, align stakeholders and build a clear roadmap of initiatives to drive impact
+ Transformation projects: drive change across the organization, by shaping and implementing initiatives to strengthen business processes and capabilities
+ M&A and partnership projects: supporting due diligence with strategic analysis and integration planning

**You bring**
+ At least 7 years of experience in strategic or transformational roles, ideally gained in a leading consulting firm or multinational environment
+ Master’s degree (preferably in business/finance/MBA or engineering/science)
+ Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional teams
+ Strong project management capabilities, with experience in large-scale assignment
+ Knowledge or experience in the Foods & Beverages and/or Flavor & Fragrances industry is an advantage
+ Fluent in English, both spoken and written
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex business challenges
+ Pragmatic and results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
