Lead production of neuroendovascular products. Utilizing product and process knowledge, as well as manufacturing methodologies, manage activities of a large production team to achieve key goals for safety, compliance, and output. Job duties:Direct a team of Production Supervisors to ensure the factory meets its commitments for key deliverables, such as safety, production targets, quality compliance, and cost. Confer with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, and to obtain data regarding quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products. Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications. Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities. Consult with engineering relative to the modification of machines and equipment to improve production and quality of products. Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management on production topics or issues. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
