Ingredion is hiring a Senior Manager, Order to Cash and Global OTC Process Lead for the Tulsa IGS Site.  This role is based out of the Tulsa location and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end operations and service delivery of the Order to Cash (OTC) organization encompassing 65+ team members within the Tulsa IGS organization.  The Senior Manager also helps cultivate a culture of operational and service delivery excellence focusing on quality, compliance, and performance. Position will report to the Director, IGS Tulsa.

As a key member of the Tulsa IGS Leadership team, this role will also be focused on the development and execution of the Order to Cash Operations strategy in the US/Canada region: Developing a culture of Continuous Improvement, identifying more efficient ways of delivering services and delivering financial results, supporting the development of a digital roadmap and leading digital initiatives, and reducing operating costs by increasing productivity.

Reports to the Director, IGS Tulsa and works closely with both site and functional Business PartnersEnsures delivery of high-quality services to our Customers, aligned to Ingredion’s Customer Experience commitments (responsive, empathetic, proactive, and innovative)Deliver against financial and operational resultsSupport global OTC strategies by coordinating with other OTC Global Teams to drive standardization and positive results

The Senior Manager is essential in leading the Order to Cash teams with a focus on increasing the use of automation and digital platforms and developing Business strategies to drive improved Customer Experience while mitigating business risks.  This position will also manage projects, support employee career development, stay updated on emerging trends in Global Shared Services, and serve as a point of escalation to troubleshoot and quickly resolve Customer or Business Partner issues.

This role requires a strong Customer Service focus, the ability to promptly resolve business issues, a strong aptitude to evaluate data effectively, and the ability to present to Executives in a summarized, actionable fashion.  The Order to Cash Senior Manager is critical to maintaining and expanding relationships with Ingredion’s Customers and Business Partners. 

What you will do:

Leadership & Strategy Execution

Contribute to the creation and lead the execution of strategies across Order to Cash Operations, including Credit & Risk Management, Order Management, Contracts & Pricing Implementation, Accounts Receivable, and Contract Compliance & Reporting, including governing processes and managing the impact of associated policies, controls, and technologiesAssist in developing Global Business Plans focused on improved automation, quality, and productivity in addition to identifying the resources (people and capital) needed to support the implementation of these strategiesEnsure visibility of performance management across all functional areas to Stakeholders and Business Partners through the creation and successful adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reviewed during the Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs)Apply deep systems knowledge and design thinking concepts to problem-solving.  Proven success advancing technology integration to automate processes with strong technology expertise within the Order to Cash value chainCollaborate with Business Partners to identify ongoing business needs and best practices, and manage expectations through strong target setting and goalsSeek to extend the scope of services within existing process areas and execute against strategies to drive resultsRepresent and promote Ingredion’s culture and values, and ensure employee compliance with relevant rules and regulationsCollaborate with all IGS Leaders to support Global performance results and strategies: Capability and Skills assessments; Technology Optimization and Roadmaps; Expanded Digital Enablement, and Effective KPI Dashboards and Tracking Tools to monitor progress

Client Management

Collaborate with Business Partners and develop actionable plans and feedback channels for measuring Client satisfaction, process performance, and productivityDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external StakeholdersSupport Client Relationship Management programsPossess strong influencing skills and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the Enterprise to produce positive business outcomesAdapt and effectively manage ambiguity in dealing with evolving business needsDemonstrate proven negotiation skills and the ability to establish common ground for win-win outcomes with Customers and internal Business Partners

Service Level Agreements

Evaluate performance of the IGS Center against Service Level Agreements, Global Benchmarks, and required process and controls compliance with internal and external StakeholdersSupport Tulsa’s role as the Order to Cash Center of Excellence (COE), ensure all performance measures are met – anticipate issues and work proactively to expedite resolution and drive positive performance trendsMonitor daily OTC operations and productivity measures to ensure the site meets or exceeds agreed Service and Operating Level AgreementsExhibit a Continuous Improvement attitude to seek out and implement best practices, lead projects, and meet all deadlines

Finance Management

Ensure the cost centers and OTC Teams remain efficient and operate within budget parameters and productivity targets driving a Continuous Improvement culture supported by the IGS Global PMO TeamCreate and present OTC strategies, budgets, business plans and results to IGS LeadershipIdentify and implement process improvements to capture value and generate savingsEnsure Business Cases are completed for all new roles and organizational changes

People Management & Facilities

Oversee multiple functions in IGS that may service multiple stakeholdersLead teams in line with Ingredion’s Values and to meet or exceed goals and objectivesDrive employee engagement and implement relevant programsPromote a talent culture that values superior talent, drives performance, coaches transparently, and builds strong teams globallyEnsure staff turnover levels are managed to minimum levelsEnsure Individual Development plans are in place for the team members to progress in their career aspiration and maintain the required capabilities/skills required for the rolesHire, Train and Direct Team members - Conduct required performance managementSupport Safety requirements and initiatives

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field or related work experience10+ years proven experience leading large teams, diverse processes/functions, risks, controls, and policy compliance – Global Shared Services Leadership is a plus6+ years in leading Order to Cash Organizations or Global Process Ownership functionsThought leadership – Capable of making others think deeply on a subject to derive a solutionClear ability to document and drive process improvementExtensive expertise related to the design and implementation of strategies, processes and technology which increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit/shareholder valueDemonstrated experience designing and enhancing financial processes including Finance Automation and Technology deploymentFunctional Expert: considered a Subject Matter Expert and Thought Leader on multiple subjectsStrong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standardsStrong experience in SAP, Ariba, Esker and Advance MS Excel User, and PowerPoint a plus

Pay Range:

$131,200.00-$174,933.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
