The Senior Manager, Investor Relations, will lead the development and delivery of high-quality, investor-facing reporting. This role reports to the SVP of Finance and is responsible for managing timelines, content accuracy, and strategic alignment across board reporting, lender communications, and private equity deliverables. The Senior Manager will oversee the Investor Relations calendar and directly manage an Investor Relations Analyst, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs.
Essential Functions:
+ Coordinate all board reporting logistics and preparation, ensuring content is accurate and clearly communicated
+ Lead preparation for lender calls and meetings, including deck updates, logistics, and Q&A prep
+ Help draft and finalize earnings scripts, pre-call materials, and quarterly financial communications
+ Manage lender reporting timelines, ensure compliance calculations are accurate, and recommend add-backs where appropriate
+ Maintain knowledge of credit agreement terms and monitor compliance metrics, covenants, and basket usage
+ Coordinate distribution of materials to private equity partners and rating agencies, and support associated communications
+ Maintain accurate, secure cap table documentation in coordination with PE sponsors and finance stakeholders
+ Deliver market and competitive research, track peer metrics, and develop insights for leadership
+ Support equity and debt transaction planning and execution, including diligence preparation, investor materials, and project management
+ Manage and coach the IR Analyst, driving accountability for high-quality deliverables across the team

+ Reporting is timely, polished, and aligned with executive messaging
+ Board, lender, and PE communications are accurate and professionally delivered
+ IR Analyst is well-developed and contributes meaningfully to team deliverables
+ Market insights and competitor analysis inform internal decision-making
+ IPO planning processes are structured and well-executed
+ Compliance tracking and credit agreement management are proactive and reliable

Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
+ CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
+ 6-10 years’ experience in FP&A, investor relations, or corporate finance required.
+ Experience in private equity backed companies or highly leveraged environment preferred.
+ Experience managing quarterly reporting processes, earnings prep, and board communications required.
+ Experience working with multi-unit service or education sectors preferred.
Skills and Abilities Qualifications:
+ Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
+ Familiarity with credit agreement terms and compliance tracking
+ Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
+ Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
+ Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize and act on data-driven insights.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a track record of producing executive-ready materials
+ Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
+ Base salary range: $160,000-170,000
+ This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
